What Our Students Say

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors provide modifications for beginners. Hatha and Yin classes are particularly suitable for newcomers.
We recommend bringing water and a towel. Yoga mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class to complete registration. For subsequent classes, 5-10 minutes is sufficient to settle in and prepare your space.
